The Metallica Store ships most international orders via UPS Mail Innovations to countries outside of the United States. This means your package is taken to a UPS sorting facility in the United States where appropriate postage is applied, and the package is then flown to your country where it is handed off to your local postal system for final delivery to your door. Transit times vary greatly based on your country's postal policies and delivery times. Unfortunately, UPS Mail Innovations deliveries may offer limited or no tracking once they are handed off to the contracted local carrier until they are delivered.


The Metallica Store also ships internationally through USPS Priority Mail International, and UPS international shipping options. While more costly, these options do provide tracking information and a shorter delivery period.


Delivery time may vary depending on your area. Please allow 4-6* weeks for delivery, although most orders arrive sooner. If your order has not arrived after 4-6* weeks, please check with your local post office to see if your package is being held for you there. While most postal services will contact you if any further action is required to receive the package, we cannot guarantee that you will be notified and we encourage you to monitor your tracking information for delivery attempts or notices regarding any fees that may be due.  An email will be sent to notify you when your order has shipped including any available tracking information.
