We will accept any unwashed/unworn/undamaged merchandise items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase (within 60 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). An item is considered damaged if pet hair, smoke, or other household odors are detected.

Metallica.com will not accept for return or exchange any packaged non-wearables, including vinyl, CDs or DVDs once opened. If there are issues when playing, please contact customer support on how to proceed. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital downloads, undergarments, swimwear, or opened body jewelry or earrings; all sales are final. All refunds, credits, and exchanges are evaluated and provided at the discretion of metallica.com.

All sales are final on “Clearance” items and are sold “as-is.” “Clearance” items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If any item you ordered is sold out due to an inventory error, a store credit will be issued for that item.

Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect. All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. Postage for returns/exchanges is customer’s responsibility. We cannot issue refunds for merchandise not received by our returns department. We recommend that you use a traceable ship method to ensure successful delivery.
