At this time, we are tracking a number of delays for domestic shipments as the US Postal Service and UPS transit times may be affected by a limited workforce, but most orders are arriving as anticipated. 

Delays to international orders will vary as transportation out of the US has been limited. We expect moderate to extended delays depending on your country's import restrictions and/or customs processing delays. 

You will automatically receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped. We encourage you to monitor the tracking information for notices of delivery attempts or parcel holds, which may indicate that additional steps are required to receive your order. Please note that tracking information is not available in all countries and may be subject to delays while a package is awaiting export from the US or import into your country.

For the time being, we are not providing the option to require signature upon delivery as carriers are currently not implementing this authorization. UPS is currently experiencing a high volume of shipments and we cannot offer a delivery date guarantee for any of our shipping methods, including 1-and-2-day options.
